Minimum Requirements
To be considered for inclusion in our approved supplier database, organizations must meet the following minimum requirements:
Valid Company Registration
Certificate of incorporation or business registration
Tax Compliance
Current tax compliance certificate (TCC)
Business References
Minimum 3 verifiable business references
Insurance Coverage
Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
Financial Statements
Audited accounts for the past 2 years
Technical Certifications
Relevant industry certifications for your service area
How We Work With Suppliers
Purchase Orders
All engagements are initiated via official VSS purchase orders. We do not accept verbal orders.
Delivery Terms
Standard delivery to our designated locations. Delivery notes must accompany all shipments.
Invoicing
Submit invoices with PO reference within 7 days of delivery/completion. Electronic invoices preferred.
Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are 30 days from receipt of valid invoice. Early payment discounts considered.
Partner Standards
Confidentiality
All supplier relationships require signed NDAs. Client and project information must remain confidential.
Security Practices
Suppliers handling data or accessing systems must demonstrate appropriate security controls.
Professional Conduct
Representatives must maintain professional standards when interacting with VSS staff and clients.
Quality Standards
Products and services must meet agreed specifications. Defects must be rectified promptly.
