    Response Time

    We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete it within 21 days, as required by Section 35 of the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

    By submitting this form, you confirm that you are the data subject or an authorised representative. VSS will process this request in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Requests may be subject to identity verification. False requests may constitute an offence under Section 72 of the Act.

    Escalation — Office of the Data Protection Commissioner

    If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) under Section 56 of the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, or seek judicial remedy under Section 65.
